Terms of Service

Effective: 16 May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gridzen mobile app and related services (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Zentech Softech India Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you live in a country where the minimum age for digital-services consent is higher than 13, you must meet that local minimum. By using the Service you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password.
• You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Don’t create or operate multiple accounts to game leaderboards, multiplayer ratings, or reward systems.
• You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what we delete and what we retain.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, scripts, or automation to play or win matches.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, algorithms, or solutions from the Service.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
• Use a username that is offensive, defamatory, impersonates someone else, or violates someone’s intellectual-property rights. We may reset usernames that violate this rule.
• Use the Service to harass other users, transmit unlawful content, or for any commercial purpose without our permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Multiplayer fair play

The multiplayer mode pairs you with other users based on skill (ELO rating). You agree to play in good faith — no collusion with opponents, no intentional disconnections to manipulate ratings, no exploiting bugs. We may adjust or roll back ratings and match records where we detect manipulation.

5. Virtual items (hints, coins)

The Service includes virtual items such as hints and coins. These have no monetary value, are not transferable, are not refundable, and cease to exist when your account is deleted. We may change how virtual items are earned, used, or balanced at any time.

6. Intellectual property

• We own the Service, including the app, server code, branding, puzzles, generators, and content (other than your username and any user-provided content).
• We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for non-commercial entertainment.
• All puzzle solutions, generator algorithms, and the look-and-feel of the app are protected by copyright and other laws. Don’t copy them.

7. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party processors (see the Privacy Policy for the list). Your use of features that depend on a third-party service (e.g. Sign in with Apple) is also subject to that third party’s terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or if we need to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account.

Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Zen Tech Solution, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees), or the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zentech Softech India Pvt Ltd from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

If you are a consumer based in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections (e.g. an EU member state), nothing in these Terms removes the local protections you are entitled to.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Effective” date at the top. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the change date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
